Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Delivery Truck Driver to transport tyres and related products to customers, vendors, and other locations. The successful candidate will ensure that deliveries are made efficiently, safely, and on time, providing excellent customer service throughout. Responsibilities - Safely drive and operate the delivery truck to transport goods to various destinations. - Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and suppliers. - Load and unload goods from the delivery truck as required. - Verify that all deliveries are made according to the orders and company procedures. - Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly. - Maintain a clean and organized truck. - Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time. - Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving at all times. - Assist with any other tasks as needed within the warehouse or store. Requirements - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role. - Ability to lift heavy goods and load/unload items safely. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus. - High school diploma or equivalent.
