Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top talent across various job roles, particularly within the fleet, logistics, and transportation industries.
- Utilise job boards, databases, and networking strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent sourcing.

Qualifications
