- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and variance analysis to drive optimal resource allocation.
- Oversee tax compliance and coordinate audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in adherence to company policies and standard practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting designation (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Advanced Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
