You will be responsible for:
- Evaluate and purchase second-hand jewellery, gold, and Krugerrands
- Build trust with clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and face-to-face consultations
- Negotiate and close win-win transactions with sellers
- Use our lead generation system to qualify prospects and schedule valuations
- Maintain clear records in our CRM, ensuring transparency and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service that encourages referrals and reviews
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition and purchase targets
Requirements

- Prior experience in jewellery, gold, or luxury goods purchasing/sales
