THE TOP PRIORITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
- Leading and managing teams of blue-collar workers, providing guidance and support to facilitate their growth.
- Analysing workflows to optimize efficiency and implement structured processes.
- Monitoring performance metrics and generating reports related to vehicle usage, staff overtime, and operational costs.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between high-end clients and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of client instructions.
- Innovating and problem-solving to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
- Planning and managing staff schedules, vehicle usage, and overtime in advance.
- Motivating, mentoring, and assisting staff in their development.
THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO:Oversee day-to-day operations, lead teams of blue-collar workers, and ensure efficient execution of tasks.
The role bridges the gap between high-end clients and the ground force, ensuring smooth communication, high standards of service delivery, and a customer-centric approach.
The ideal candidate will be highly disciplined, process-oriented, and skilled at motivating and managing teams to achieve business objectives.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:
Non-Negotiable:- Proven experience in managing blue-collar workers, with a strong understanding of diverse cultural dynamics.
- Proficient in using computers, smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
- Ability to analyze reports and performance metrics, such as vehicle tracking, fuel consumption, and overtime management.
- Strong administrative skills, including task planning and organization.
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport to commute to and from work, and willing to work 7am-4pm Monday to Friday and 7am-9am every Saturday.
Highly Beneficial:- Code 10 driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PdP).
- Ability to speak African languages.
- A background in disciplined environments, such as the military, police force, or similar fields.
