Responsibilities:
- Offer sales support
- Resolve client queries in a timeous manner
- Client retention
- Claim administration
- Attend to policy contracts, maturities, loan applications
- Update clients on shares status
- Data capturing
- Recordkeeping
- Attend to walk-ins
