Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Assist branch staff, customer care agents, and call centre agents with account-related queries
- Manage and resolve complaints from various platforms, including social media
- Provide training to both new and current staff
- Oversee leave schedules and incentive programs within the customer care team
- Ensure accurate handover of pre-legal accounts
- Manage escalated customer interactions, including calls from clients insisting on management
- Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding account complaints
- Work with the receipting Team Leader on refund and medical aid payment issues
- Conduct medical aid follow-ups
- Support Regional and Assistant Managers in resolving problematic accounts
- Collaborate on social media concerns
- Communicate with Bookkeepers to carry out tasks accurately and timely
- Assist in cancellations, legal handovers, and other account-related procedures
- Support staff with medical aid claims and queries
- Ensure adherence to company policies and work standards across the team
- Perform any additional tasks as required by management

R 9 600 Cost to Company
