Job Summary
Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
- Assist legal departments with all administration and support activities
- Communication with external parties
- Manage all dedicated tasks within the allocated timeframes
- Contact key representatives and advise them of their requirements
- Set up meetings to manage matters with the relevant Attorneys assigned
- Follow up on matters to final resolution
- Manage and update reconciliations
- Any adhoc activities that may be required within the contract period
Experience
- Strong administration skills is a musT
- Life skills - the confidence and ability to relate to people from varied circumstances
- Awareness of financial services
- Debt collection experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Strong confident person
- Good time management skill
- File management
- Back end administration
- Ability to work to targets
- Computer literate - Microsoft excel
