Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Arabic-speaking waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable dining experience. Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English is essential for communicating with local and international guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Present menus, explain dishes, and answer any guest questions in Arabic and English.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

Serve food and drinks in accordance with hotel or restaurant standards.

Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and reset after guests depart.

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and with care.

Promote daily specials or upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service.

Process bills and payments efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area at all times.

Follow all safety and sanitation policies during service.
Requirements:

Language: Fluent in Arabic; good spoken English is required.

Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café is preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working in the GCC region or with Arabic clientele is an advantage.
