Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Developer with expertise in C# to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality software solutions and will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Coding:
- Plan, estimate, and implement programming tasks as part of the project lifecycle.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code following industry standards and best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot code issues to maintain high standards of performance and stability.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of code to identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
- Support quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Technical Investigations and Documentation:
- Investigate and resolve technical challenges, documenting findings, solutions, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and team alignment.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and clarify technical details.
- Collaborate with senior developers to provide development support and align with project goals.
Mentorship and Guidance:
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support for skill development.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.
Adherence to Standards and Continuous Improvement:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Continuously work to improve personal skills, work efficiency, communication, and estimation accuracy.
- Strive to maintain a return rate of under 10% on deliverables through high-quality work and proactive issue resolution.
Accountability and Ownership:
- Take full accountability for assigned tasks and ensure timely, accurate, and effective completion of work.
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and skill advancement to enhance individual and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
- Degree or Diploma in Information System
- Microsoft Certifications Advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required
