SENIOR REACT DEVELOPER - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT

About the Role:
As a React Developer, you will play a key role in building innovative web applications, optimizing user interfaces, and delivering high-quality solutions that push the boundaries of modern web development.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:
Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React, enhancing  estate planning platform.
Collaboration:
Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences tailored to our clients’ needs.
Leadership:
Provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring high-quality code through mentorship and code reviews.
Optimization:
Ensure web applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, integrating best practices into the development process.
Testing & Debugging:
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and minimize bugs.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise:
5+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years focused on React.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong experience with React libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Expertise in TypeScript and its integration with React projects.
Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.

Testing Knowledge:
Experience with testing libraries and frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
API Integration: Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs.
Git Workflow: Comfortable working in a collaborative team using version control tools like Git.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with server-side rendering frameworks such as Next.js.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
Experience with state machines (e.g., XState) or state management libraries beyond Redux.
Background in fintech or related domains.

Soft Skills
