1. JOB TITLE:

Data Integration Specialist

2. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for maintaining effective data integration processes and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across various enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) currently integrated or manually captured. This role will develop, implement, and oversee data management standards and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity. The role will monitor system integrations to guarantee accurate data exchanges and troubleshoot any data-related issues, collaborating closely with IT teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders. Additionally, the role will assist with training and support for data entry procedures, ensuring that employees adhere to data standards and assist with troubleshooting data issues.

• Data Accuracy and Consistency
• Data Quality Assurance
• Standardization and Documentation of Data Management and integration Processes

4. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field is advantageous.

Certifications in data management, such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) is a plus.

Experience in SQL and knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.

Experience in data governance and data quality assurance within enterprise environments.

Experience with API integration and web services, especially RESTful and SOAP APIs.

Familiarity with enterprise data management systems

5. WORK EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years of experience in data integration or data management roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage and improve integration processes between multiple systems.

Hands-on experience in monitoring integration health and developing or managing dashboard and alert systems for integration monitoring.

Proven experience in troubleshooting integration issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
