Who We're Looking For:

Are you a highly organized and motivated individual looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage? We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our growing team and take charge of our daily operations.

What is required:

Providing efficient and proactive support of the operational and administrative needs of the complex, guests, or tenants. Ensuring that the expectations of the complex manager are attended to in a timely manner. Please note that you may be required operationally after regular working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks and operations
• Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Maintain and organize office records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Facilitate communication between departments and staff
• Handle residential inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Performing other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in a building/ complex supervisor role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Valid First Aid certification advantageous
• Valid Fire Marshall and Evacuation certification advantageous
• Valid drivers licence
