Job Summary
Are you a qualified Occupational Health Nurse with experience in clinic management, workplace health services, and occupational health compliance? A leading company in the manufacturing and agricultural sector is seeking a Clinic Sister-in-Charge to manage its on-site Occupational Health Centre in Noodsberg.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing
- 5+ years’ experience in clinic/hospital management
- Registered with South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) & workplace health legislation
- Experience in medical surveillance, occupational disease prevention & compliance audits
- Sound financial acumen for clinic budget & resource management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership & stakeholder engagement capabilities

- Occupational Health & Primary Care – Managing workplace medical services & employee wellness programs
- Legal Compliance & Risk Assessment – Ensuring adherence to OHSA, COIDA, and medical surveillance standards
- Emergency Response & Injury Management – Handling workplace injuries, chronic illnesses, and rehabilitation processes
- Medical Surveillance & Health Risk Assessment – Conducting occupational screenings & workplace hazard monitoring
- Clinic & Pharmacy Administration – Overseeing medical record-keeping, stock control & regulatory compliance
- Stakeholder Engagement & Training – Collaborating with HR, safety officers, and external health agencies
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Compiling employee health statistics & clinic performance reports
