Job Summary
A leading organization is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a 6 to 12-month contract to create and develop engaging e-learning content and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, digital learning technologies, and project management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in instructional design and content development.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course deployment.
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE or other instructional design models.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Creative and innovative mindset for designing engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
- Implement instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE, and apply adult learning theories.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical content into engaging learning materials.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user testing to ensure content effectiveness.
- Develop training materials, guides, and multimedia elements.
- Stay updated with learning technologies and industry trends.
