We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Insurance systems to support digital transformation initiatives and business process improvements. Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud).
- Strong domain knowledge of insurance operations, particularly P&C or life insurance.
- Experience with policy admin systems, claims platforms, or broker/agent portals.
- Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus.
