If you are a passionate Software Engineer with a python focus, willing to take a lead role, sharing knowledge and giving guidance, are thrilled about latest technologies, full of energy and ambition, hands-on and not afraid of making your hands dirty, this is the right position for you.

·         Development of python user stories

·         Take actively part in all regular Scrum ceremonies

·         Contribute to refinement of user stories (user stories at the beginning of a development sprint might not be fully specified)

·         Liaise with stakeholders and team members

·         Pro-active knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching of members from the same or other teams

·         Clarify open points possibly making proposals and/or developing a prototype for further discussion.

·         Provide support for existing solutions (DevOps)

Requirements

Essential Skills required:

·         Design and implement performant python applications.

·         Write and maintain comprehensive test cases.

·         CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform)

·         Experience in ETL pipelines.

·         Database systems and query optimization (SQL, or similar)

·         Git development branching strategies and development approaches

·         Linux scripting and environment usage

·         Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Qualifications and experience that applicants need to have:

·         3+ years’ experience in Python (decorators, class composition, list comprehension, threading/multiprocessing) (essential)

·         2+ years’ experience in Azure (Serverless Functions, Networking, Azure Data Lake, IoT Hub, IAM etc) (essential)

·         3+ years’ experience in SQL (advantageous)

·         Azure Certified AZ-900 exam (advantageous)
