Our client is seeking a Membership Corporate Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be entrusted with full accountability for collecting contributions from dedicated profiles, necessitating a background in finance and proficiency in interpreting payment sheets and unique requirements..

Functions:
• The position demands meticulous attention to detail and a profound comprehension of how interactions with stakeholders can shape outcomes.
• Strong communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to swiftly devise alternative plans when necessary.
• You will be entrusted with full accountability for collecting contributions from dedicated profiles, necessitating a background in finance and proficiency in interpreting payment sheets and unique requirements.
• This role carries significant responsibility, requiring the capacity to perform under immense pressure, particularly during billing periods

Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, and Internet.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with strong interpersonal communication.
• Team player with a caring attitude.
• Flexible in adapting to changes and management decisions.
• Proficient in problem-solving techniques and record keeping.
• Leadership skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.

Requirements:
Qualification and Experience:
• Grade 12
• Diploma in Business Administration or similar
• Minimum 2 years membership administration and reconciliation experience
• Minimum 2 years Medical Scheme Industry experience
