Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available with an international concern for a dynamic and ambitious sales representative. Based in Pietermaritzburg, you will be responsible for engaging with potential new customers, recommending products and developing marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification
- 3 + years experience in a similar position (production / manufacturing/ packaging industry)
- Basic understanding of international supply chains and freight processes
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
Key responsibilities:
- Recommend both current and new products to meet customer needs
- Drive sales growth by identifying and developing market opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competition and customer needs within designated area
- Make proposals regarding potential accounts, pricing arrangements and sales opportunities
