Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth service.
Lead and motivate a small team of baristas and front-of-house staff.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints.
Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained.
Assist with staff training and scheduling.
Cash-up and basic financial reporting duties.
Drive sales by promoting specials, loyalty programs, and seasonal offerings.
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
Requirements:
1–2 years experience in a hospitality or coffee shop management role.
Strong leadership and people skills.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
Own reliable transport (essential).
Willingness to work weekends and shifts.
Basic knowledge of coffee and food service is a plus.
