Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a Enterprise Systems Specialist to join their team. The Enterprise Systems Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-wide systems. This role involves analyzing, configuring, and supporting technology systems critical to business operations while optimizing system performance and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Management and Support
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and other business-critical applications.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to maintain uptime and reliability.
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system-related issues effectively.
2. Integration and Customization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration opportunities between systems.
- Develop, test, and implement system enhancements or customizations to meet business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools and platforms.
3. Data Management
- Manage data integrity and security within enterprise systems.
- Perform data migration, system backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
4. Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain system documentation, including architecture, configurations, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and IT governance frameworks.
- Conduct regular audits to verify system security and compliance.
5. Project Management
- Lead or participate in system implementation or upgrade projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and business units to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct training sessions for users on system functionalities and updates.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of systems such as QlikView, JDE, On-base, SQL management studio, MineStar, IDO, enterprise systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL, Oracle DB, etc.) and scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and system lifecycle management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise system administration or similar roles.
- Certifications in relevant systems (e.g., SAP Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365) are advantageous.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or COBIT is beneficial.
