SALES SPECIALIST (Beauty, Grooming & Nail Systems)
JOHANNESBURG North & West, GAUTENG - South Africa
START: 01 December 2024 / ASAP
REPORT TO: Director / Sales Manager
HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:
- R15,000 GROSS Basic Salary per month
- + Commission
- + Company Fuel Card - for company traveling only
- + Company Cell Phone & Tablet
- + Company benefits in addition to salary including Wheel Maintenance, Medical Aid contribution, Grooming contribution
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Our incumbent MUST reside within Johannesburg with ease of travel to JHB North & JHB West
- Own, reliable vehicle with up to date licensing & insurance (courtesy car included)
- Beauty qualification with confidence in Nail Systems (Gel / Acrylic etc.)
- MUST have sales experience on the road visiting salons & spas
- Able to do overnight / out of town visits at least 4x a MONTH (covered by employer)
- Attend bi-monthly online training with head office (Remote)
- Computer literate & confident especially MS Office (Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Cold-calling confident
- Ability to confidently liaise with stockists and perform demonstrations of products, query resolution and training
- Reliable support network for when you are traveling out of town to care for your family in your brief absence
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve and exceed monthly prescribed KPI's
- Represent the brands according to internationally prescribed standards
