Providing strategic direction and leadership to the sales team.
Aligning with the tender processes, ensuring compliance and competitive submissions.
Promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales function
Leading the Account Managers, fostering professional growth and accountability.
Maintaining detailed records of tender submissions, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Facilitating training on internal processes, compliance standards, and company's sales strategies.
Developing strategic partnerships to expand market share.
Developing and managing the annual sales budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience managing large-scale sales opportunities, including tender submissions
8- 10 years’ experience in a managerial role within the ICT sector
Knowledge of government procurement and tender requirements.
Understanding of Dell, HP, Huawei, Lenovo and Veeam
