Your Role at a Glance
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll:
- Source Top Talent: Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find exceptional teachers globally and UK-based candidates for permanent roles.
- Guide Candidates: Assist with pre-screening, visas, sponsorships, and relocation logistics to ensure a seamless transition for teachers moving to the UK.
- Collaborate: Work closely with UK consultants to align candidates with school needs and role requirements.
- Provide Aftercare: Support candidates post-placement to ensure they thrive in their new roles.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to navigate visa sponsorship and relocation processes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment tools.
- Proven experience in recruitment or resourcing.
