Are you ready to kickstart your career in recruitment and make a meaningful impact? We’re on the hunt for a capable, ambitious, and hardworking Recruitment Administrator to support our talent acquisition team remotely.
This role is perfect for someone technologically savvy, driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Your day-to-day will involve supporting our recruitment team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service, including:
- Allocating Applications: Organize and assign incoming web applications effectively.
- Managing Communication: Take charge of our resource inbox, live chat, and HubSpot ticketing system to assign leads.
- Job Board Engagement: Keep job postings updated and engage with candidates via job boards and our internal database.
- Team Support: Step in to help across departments during workload peaks and team leave.
- Candidate Interaction: Assist candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech-Savvy Pro: You’re comfortable navigating digital tools and systems.
- Multi-tasking: You can use multiple digital platforms at a time.
- Flexible Schedule: Able to work during UK hours (8 am - 7 pm) with shifts scheduled in advance.
- Ambitious & Proactive: A self-starter with a desire to grow in the role.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing administrative tasks and communication.
