Role Objective:

The Product Specialist will design, implement, and optimize automated legal workflows within Legal Matter Management (LMM) software solutions, ensuring systems meet the needs of clients in law firms and corporate legal teams. The role also includes curating and managing documentation for client communications, training, and effective product implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Automation and Optimization:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows in the LMM system.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize workflows.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow performance for efficiency and accuracy.
• Legal Content Curation:
  • Create and maintain documentation on features, testing, and client presentations.
  • Curate legal content for AI products and develop materials like guides, release notes, and training resources.
• Implementation of New Matter Maps:
  • Ensure new matter maps are comprehensive and include all necessary elements.
  • Develop and maintain standardized folders for common legal processes.
• New Feature Development:
  • Support testing and sign-off of new features and functionalities.
  • Assist in the handover of new features to business teams and maintain the training portal.
• Collaboration and Support:
• • Foster a collaborative environment and provide support to colleagues.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
