A highly organized and disciplined Personal Assistant responsible for delivering efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical support to the Managing Director.

What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
● Dealing with clients and the crew
● Coordinating diaries and bookings
● Assessing briefs and deliverable matches
● Preparing jobs, costing sheets and quotes
● Managing deadlines for client’s requirements
● Collecting and collating supplier invoices against jobs
● Preparing supplier and clients reports for the CVO
● Collecting stock requirements to present to the CVO
● General office administration duties
● Researching and Sourcing potential new clients daily

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Proficient in CRM systems ZOHO and Xero would be advantageous
