What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Job Coordination & Client Services
● Monitor job progress and deadlines.
● Manage client briefs and ensure accurate execution.
● Oversee project completion, delivery, and invoicing.
Financial Administration
● Handle debtors, creditors & payment schedules.
● Prepare and send quotes & invoices.
PA & Operational Support
● Assist in daily operations and organization.
● Maintain structured filing and documentation.

● Matric
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Proficient in CRM systems ZOHO and Xero would be advantageous
