Person assists with implementation of its new contract management system. We seek a paralegal or legal business analyst with a wealth of experience in contract management processes and architecture solution platforms.
The required resource will be accountable to achieve the following objectives: 1. Implementation Planning and coordination with relevant teams. Develop a detailed project plan outlining milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. 2. Oversee the migration of existing contracts to the new system. Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. 3. Customization and Configuration - Collaborate with selected vendor to customize the contract system based on legal team needs. Configure user access permissions, workflows, and approval processes. 4. Document Management -Review and organize contracts within the system, ensuring they are correctly categorized and easily accessible. Assist in creating and maintaining a Clause library and Playbooks for various contracts 5. Training - Develop training materials and user guides and conduct training sessions to familiarize users with the new system. 6. Testing and Quality Assurance - Participate and execute thorough testing to identify and resolve any system issues before full deployment.
