Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree in Human Capital/Business Administration/Business Management at an NQF 7 level with 360 credits, or
- B Tech in Human Capital/Business Administration/Business Management at an NQF 7 level with 360 credits, or
- Advanced Diploma in Human Capital/Business Administration/Business Management at an NQF 7 level with 360 credits
Experience:
- 10 years of extensive experience in a management position leading and managing Human Resources
- 3 - 6 years - Senior Management Level
- Current or previous EXCO-level position help? Mandatory Requirement
- Experience / familiarity with Labour Laws and Union Relations
- Leading Cultural Transformation
- Large-Scale Change Management
- Strategic and People-Centric Leadership
- Digital Transformation in HR
- Stakeholder and Board-Level Experience
- Industrial sector experience dealing with complexity and added to this SOE exposure
- Ability to establish an independent HR function, manage talent strategy, and oversee skills audits
