Job Description
Regularly update the product portfolio to incorporate the latest Dell Technologies.
Develop and implement strategies for Dell product positioning and growth.
Act as the main point of contact for Dell vendor relationships.
Provide in-depth technical knowledge of Dell solutions to internal teams and customers.
Conduct regular reviews with the Sales Manager to analyze progress on Dell-specific sales targets and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify customer needs.
Ensure compliance with Dell partnership requirements, including certifications and performance metrics.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and rebates with Dell and related vendors.
Ensure compliance with Dell’s partner requirements to secure rebates, incentives, and pricing benefits.
Ensure Dell certifications are up-to-date and aligned with vendor requirements.
Provide training to internal teams and customers on Dell products and solutions.
Share updates on new technologies, trends, and Dell’s product roadmap.
Track and report on Dell product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on product adoption, revenue growth, and technical deliverables
Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in product management or technical sales, with a focus on Dell solutions.
Proven expertise in storage, backup, and server technologies.
Experience working with vendors and managing partner relationships.
Certification in Dell Technologies is mandatory (e.g., Dell EMC Proven Professional certifications)
