Job Summary
Main Purpose:
Maintaining collaborative and close working relationships with the multi-disciplinary Project Site Teams in order to carry out the company's construction unit's business objectives in a cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving Construction Subcontractor Project Quality Plans, as well as assisting Quality Coordinators/Discipline Supervisors and Engineers in the review and approval of ITPs and other Quality-related submittals
- Identifying and implementing quality indoctrination and training requirements to ensure staff have a thorough awareness of the project's requirements and processes in order to meet project objectives.
- Ensure that the project's quality assurance and quality control standards are met during the construction phase.
- Coordination of witnessing and signing for acceptance of all on-site construction installation and testing.
- Compliance with the Site Quality Management System and system improvement initiatives are the responsibility of this position.
- Non-conformance, corrective action, and preventative action management processes must be implemented effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a site supervisor (Mechanical) on a Renewable Energy project site, specifically wind and solar farms.
- Piping experience
