What You'll Do:
- Manage and process Letters of Authority and input data accurately into our CRM.
- Communicate daily with pension providers to gather and request important scheme information.
- Prepare and send out confidential sign-up packs for both new and existing clients.
- Analyse and ensure the accuracy of key data, submitting business to platforms and providers.
- Track and progress submitted business through to completion, keeping everything on schedule.
- Build relationships through effective communication with clients and third-party providers.
Requirements

- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and under pressure.
