SPA & WELLNESS THERAPIST
FRANSCHHOEK - Cape Winelands, Western Cape (ZA)
START: A.S.A.P / 01 May 2025
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday – Sunday
- 09:00am - 18:00pm / 10:00am - 19:00pm
- 5x Standard Shifts per week
REPORT TO: Wellness Director / HR
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R10,000 - R12,000 Basic Salary per month (based on relevant experience)
- Service Commission (5% - 10% sliding scale) Target based
- Retail Commission (5% - 10% sliding scale) Targetbased
- Pension Fund Benefit
- Tips / Gratuities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
- DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
- Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
- Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist
- 5-star Spa or Cruise Ship experience offering premium services and treatments to VIP clients
- Able to use computer confidently including MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook emails)
- Reliable transport as our spa is located on a vineyard that is not accessible by public transport
- Ability to engage professionally with our international and local guests alike - clear English (speak & write)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Confident and skilled in all standard SPA services including Body Care, Massage Therapy and Facials
- Retail confidence
- Confidently re-book clients
- Strong team-dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
- Rebook and schedule guests introduced by the hotel
