Lead, coach, and mentor store-level sales teams to ensure performance excellence.
Analyse regional market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales KPIs and performance metrics.
Assist with major client negotiations and relationship management.
Work closely with marketing on regional campaigns and promotions.
Identify training needs and coordinate development plans for sales teams.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and operational standards.
Proven sales leadership experience
In-depth understanding of automotive retail and tyre industry
Advanced Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
Strategic planning and forecasting abilities
Excellent communication, coaching, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and people development focus
Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Strong commercial acumen and results orientation
Minimum: Grade 12 / Matric
Preferred: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
Experience: 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
