Butchery Manager - East London
Key Performance Areas:
- Inventory management: Maintain stock levels, place orders, and ensure fresh products are available
- Safety and sanitation: Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain a clean workstation
- Customer service: Handle customer complaints and recommendations, and respond to customer requests
- Training: Teach employees proper packaging techniques
- Product quality: Help maintain product quality and ensure accurate product labelling and pricing
- Sales: Consult with sales managers to increase sales
- Staff management: Supervise and train administrative staff
- Time management: Manage time effectively to stay on top of orders
- Profit and pricing: Understand retail pricing and analysis
- Machinery: Operate specialized butcher's machinery
- Weighing: Weigh products
