Scope of Work
- Corporate-wide custodian of all Reporting and Business Analytics.
- Partnering with the business to achieve the desired reporting, Enterprise-wide reporting enablement, analytics, and support
- Defining, enabling and delivery of reporting and business analytics
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and implementing the development of an integrated reporting strategy across the Company to ensure that reporting requirements support and achieve business key performance areas and metrics.
- Responsible for leading and implementing the development of an integrated analytics strategy across the Company to ensure that scenario requirements support and achieve business key performance areas and metrics.
- Oversee the execution of board, Exco, monthly corporate and operations reporting in the Company to ensure optimal performance against agreed objectives including accuracy of data.
- Responsible for selecting and implementing suitable technologies to streamline all reporting required to facilitate timely decision-making and help optimise strategic benefits.
- Responsible for the overall consolidation of data across the Company. Work with Procurement to identify appropriate, cost-effective vendors. Manage high-level vendor relationships and ensure delivery from vendors meets the service level agreements as pertains to reporting and analytics.
- Partner with the business to achieve desired information for effective and efficient management of the Company.
- Partner with Risk and Compliance to manage and mitigate scenario risks and issues.
- Oversee the design and optimisation of reporting and analytics projects, data sources, policies, processes, and standards.
- Act as a key member of the Steercos responsible for enterprise-wide reporting and analytics, affecting multiple divisions, with large scale budgets.
- Oversee the transition of capabilities within the business and lead the reporting projects related to the transitions.
- Team leadership, mentoring, and bench-strength creation
- Full responsibility for performance management of all direct reports, focusing on all aspects of sound people management.
- o Ensure effective teamwork, self-management, and alignment with company values.
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience
- Applicable degree combined with business experience
- Over 15 years relevant experience in EPM functions
- Excellent knowledge of Business, EPM systems and infrastructure.
- Background in designing/developing EPM methodologies and implementation thereof.
- Solid understanding of business operations.
- Good program and corporate governance.
- Management of teams
