Commercial Truck Finance and Insurance Specialist, Durban, Rneg+ Ben
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Non negotiable is experience in COMMERCIAL TRUCKS F & I
- B Com degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with accounting as a core subject.
- 5 years of experience in insurance, asset financing, credit evaluation, bad debt collection, and contract administration.
- FAIS compliance is required
- FICA and Risk Grading
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
The job aims to maximize income for the dealership through vehicle finance and sales of approved finance and value-added products, manage financial or insurance-related aspects of the buying process, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Manage financial and insurance income, budget, sales objectives
- Advise customers on finance-related issues.
- Manage retail debtors and provide marketing service support.
- Excellent customer service
- Maintaining good working relations with dealers, sales managers, and finance and insurance companies.
- Intensive travel and is subject to TCD working conditions.
