Job Summary
Our Client is looking for a UI / UX Developer who will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications that seamlessly blend aesthetic appeal with intuitive functionality. You will collaborate closely with our development team to create engaging user experiences that elevate our products and drive user satisfaction. What youâ€ll do: Designing user interfaces for web applications that prioritize user experience and usability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback. Implementing responsive and interactive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to continually enhance the user experience. Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Staying up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices. Your expertise: Knowledge of the financial services and insurance industries. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in web UI/UX design and development. 7+ years†experience in Web technologies (HTML5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript / AJAX, Responsive design) and Mobile technologies (IOS, Android). 7+ years†experience in Microsoft Web stack (MVC, C#, VB.net, razor, IIS, ASP.net, WCF/Web services, Web API, SOAP, XML). Experience in Data Architecture and Database System Design. Experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. Experience in CI/CD. Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and rationale. Qualifications: Bachelorâ€s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Competencies required for the position: Strong eye for detail and dedication to delivering pixel-perfect designs. Ability to think creatively and innovate new design solutions.
