Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for both executive and contract positions. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and key decision-makers, you will deliver tailored recruitment solutions to clients in specialized industries. This role is perfect for someone passionate about connecting the right talent to transformative opportunities while working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and leadership roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate placement.
  
• Collaborate with CTOs and hiring managers to develop customized recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for interim, fractional, C-suite, and contract roles in agile and digital transformation sectors.
  
• Utilize targeted sourcing techniques and networking to engage talent in biotech, deep tech, clean tech, and technology markets.
  
• Deliver market insights and recruitment metrics to internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  
• Maintain recruitment databases using ATS and CRM tools for efficient candidate tracking and reporting.
  
• Stay informed on industry trends to refine talent acquisition strategies and stay ahead in competitive markets.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in scale-up, biotech, deep tech, or clean tech markets.
  
• Proven success in hiring for C-suite, PMO roles, and technical contract hires.
  
• Experience collaborating with high-level stakeholders such as CTOs and other hiring managers.
  
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other professional networks.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM and ATS systems to manage recruitment workflows.
  
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and challenges in the biotech, deep tech, clean tech, and technology industries.
