Job Description: Implementation Specialist Reporting line: Implementation Manager Location: Westlake, Tokai Business Unit: Fund Services Purpose of the role To support the operational environment by managing new client onboarding, overseeing transition processes, handling client-driven change requests, improving processes, and leveraging technology to optimize the environment. Duties and responsibilities Engage, assist, and manage new client take-ons, transitions, changes, and launches. Take ownership of the transition management process, ensuring smooth execution. Set up funds, fee calculators, and NAV recon books, and continuously improve system and counterparty processes. Optimize the Implementation teams environment, enhancing system capabilities and efficiencies for fund products. Act as the liaison between Business Development, Operations, and Project Management. Develop and execute projects aligned with strategic initiatives set by the Manager. Use client reports and dashboards for effective internal and external communication. Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, influencing stakeholders at all levels. Foster collaboration and effective stakeholder management across various entities. Ensure timely and successful completion of all project initiatives. Required experience Minimum 5 years of experience in fund structures, products, transition management, and project management. Familiarity with working in small, high-performance teams and managing multiple issues simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in Excel and related systems. Required qualifications Relevant postgraduate/Honours Degree in Investments, Finance, or Commerce. Key competencies Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
