A rapidly growing Digital Agency seeks a forward-thinking & passionate Senior Social Media Manager who is a strong writer with experience developing social media strategies and has over 3 years social media marketing experience. Joining a tight-knit team, you will utilize your creativity and innovation to shape the clients' social landscape. There will be big growth potential with plenty of opportunities to bring your ideas to life. You need to be able to self-manage and drive project completion. Applicants must have experience with Social Media Strategy, Social Media Management, Community Management, Copywriting, Canva, Asana, Google Sheets/Docs & have in-depth knowledge and experience using tools including Facebook, Instagram TikTok, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, MetaAds, Google Analytics and Mail Chimp.
DUTIES:
- Develop social media strategies and presentations.
- Create social media content plans.
- Schedule content across platforms.
- Write engaging social media content.
- Peer-proofing of social media content.
- Community Management.
- Design social media graphics.
- Design assets for ad hoc client projects.
- Host and run social media reporting meetings.
- Give input on social media paid advertising campaigns.
- Write blog posts.
*Brands you will work on: You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of brands from retail to technology, managing an average of 6 client portfolios.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, execute and refine brand-specific strategies.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage client social media profiles across multiple platforms.
- Community Management: Engage and grow online communities.
- Copywriting: Craft engaging short-form and long-form content.
- Basic Graphic Design(Canva): Create impactful visual assets.
- Account Management: Client-facing communication and project management.
- Asana Project Management Tool: Track and manage tasks effectively.
- Google Sheets/Docs: For reporting and collaboration.
- Presentation Design Skills: Build polished, client-facing decks.
- Report Analysis: Ability to create and interpret social media performance reports.
