With 35 partners currently on board, they aim to double this number in the next two years. To achieve this, they are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to support their existing partners and help them maximize the services offered.
This role is a maternity cover contract (with possibility of full-time based on performance), reporting directly to the Director of Growth. It is a pivotal hire that will shape the company's customer success strategy and contribute to the evolution of new service offerings.
