An exciting opportunity awaits a young, vibrant individual eager to learn and grow with a dynamic dental practice in Claremont. The practice is looking for a personable and confident PA/Dental Receptionist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the dentist with daily tasks and running errands (requires own vehicle and valid driver’s license).
- Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Managing appointments, patient records, and administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be confident, well-spoken, friendly, and well-groomed
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within a professional setting
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care
Working Hours: 07:30 to 03:30, Monday - Friday (candidate will need to unlock the practice).
Salary: R14,000 per month before deductions
