Senior Compliance Audit Director
We are a privately owned marketing financial audit company. Founded in 2019 by the pioneers of the media and marketing financial compliance industry, the current Leadership Team, all recognized industry experts. We conduct financial contract compliance audits of any marketing category (media, creative, BTL, events & experiential, print, field marketing/merchandizing etc.) across all industries for not only local brands but more often large global clients – to date our team has audited in 110+ countries. We currently have offices in London, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, Shanghai, Mumbai and Johannesburg and we are a regulated Chartered Accounting firm.
We are comprised of predominantly ex-agency finance and media marketing execs and use our extensive knowledge gleaned from many years of experience in managing agency financial operations to assist advertisers, our clients, by auditing their agencies of record to ensure compliance with their terms of business, particularly in relation to AVB’s, inventory media, 3rd and 4th party management to verify transparency in the advertiser – agency relationship.
Job Description:
The role of Senior Compliance Audit Director is suitable for a CPA or other Chartered Accounting qualification with at least two years’ experience in marketing agency finances. The individual will have responsibility for managing audits across a wide range of clients across the Americas, mainly in the US. Working closely with the Senior Partner for Americas, the Senior Compliance Audit Director will act as a trusted business partner to support the Americas business unit and the rest of the world on occasion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing audit programs across the Americas with some exposure to audits in other countries
- Liaising with the agency finance teams to ensure that audits run effectively and efficiently to client deadlines
- Primary responsibility is for the timely completion of the audits, from client contract review to the initial data request, data analysis, to onsite agency visit (if required), report writing and presentation of the audit findings to client
- Regular dialogue with Global Compliance Partner and Senior Partner – Americas
