Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the post-auction process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, and solicitors to facilitate a seamless transition from auction to completion.
• Monitor key milestones in the sales process and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Handle queries from clients regarding the status of their property transaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on internal systems.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Compliance, and Property Onboarding to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Identify and resolve potential delays by proactively managing timelines and communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders throughout the post-sale process.
Key Skills & Experience
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
Conveyancing experience more than anything (understanding of how buying/selling a property works etc.)
Customer-facing, strong English verbal is important
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Customer service experience with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Understanding of property sales, auction processes, and legal documentation (preferred but not essential).
Desirable Skills
• Experience working in property, conveyancing, or a legal administrative role.
• Knowledge of auction platforms and post-sale procedures.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving administrative challenges.
