Our client are looking for a strategic and organized Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts, drive brand growth, and help
them achieve their ambitious goals. This role is not focused on creative copywriting or direct content creation. Instead, they need a
self-starter who excels in managing external agencies, coordinating with content creators, reporting results, and operating independently within timeframes and budgets.
Strategy Development and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with FMPay’s business objectives.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies to plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and SEO.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform and refine strategies.
Agency and Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable external agencies and freelance content creators.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with agencies and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee agency deliverables to maintain brand consistency and achieve campaign objectives.
Channel Management:
- Oversee social media marketing efforts executed by external teams, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Manage and monitor email marketing campaigns created by external partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies in collaboration with third-party specialists.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Provide regular performance reports and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Operate independently, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development and sales, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Act as the central point of contact between FMPay and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
