Role Summary:
As a Digital Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll redefine how we source and engage with German and Dutch-speaking candidates for our BPO clients. Blending the art of recruitment with the science of social media marketing, you’ll pioneer innovative strategies to tap into untapped talent pools and position our agency as the go-to partner for multilingual talent in South Africa and Namibia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Sourcing & Engagement:
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies for German and Dutch-speaking talent, leveraging social media, digital platforms, and community networks.
- Develop a robust digital presence to attract and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and niche forums.
- Forge connections with expat communities, language schools, and cultural organizations to create a steady pipeline of foreign language speakers.
- Digital & Social Media Recruitment Marketing:
- Craft compelling content and campaigns that highlight the benefits of working in South Africa/Namibia for global BPO brands, tailored to German and Dutch speakers.
- Manage and optimize paid social ads, sponsored content, and SEO strategies to drive candidate attraction.
- Utilize video marketing, employee testimonials, and virtual events to create engaging recruitment narratives.
- Data-Driven Talent Acquisition:
- Analyze recruitment metrics and social media performance data to refine sourcing strategies and improve ROI.
- Experiment with AI-driven sourcing tools and recruitment technologies to enhance talent discovery and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align talent attraction strategies with brand positioning and employer branding.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Cultivate relationships with potential candidates, maintaining ongoing engagement through digital channels.
- Ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying our agency’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-5 years in recruitment, with experience in sourcing foreign language talent (preferably German and Dutch speakers).
- Demonstrated success in social media marketing or digital recruitment campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with ATS systems and digital sourcing platforms.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) to create eye-catching content.
Soft Skills:
- Innovative & creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and digital engagement.

- Strong relationship-building skills and cultural sensitivity in engaging with diverse talent pools.
Education:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field.
