HANGAR49 is looking for a skilled Cold Outreach Marketer to play a pivotal role in driving lead generation for our B2B operations. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and managing personalized outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers and influencers within key industries. Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Analysis
   

• Design, manage, and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
  

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to support business needs and decision-making.
  

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all systems.
  

2. Automation Development
   

• Identify repetitive tasks and processes suitable for automation.
  

• Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows using tools like Python, RPA platforms, or cloud-based automation solutions.
  

• Integrate data and automation tools with existing systems, such as CRMs, ERPs, and business intelligence platforms.
  

3. Informatics Applications
   

• Leverage informatics knowledge to design data models and systems that support analytics and reporting needs.
  

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using databases, APIs, and cloud services.
  

• Apply machine learning or AI techniques where appropriate to enhance process efficiency.
  

4. Collaboration & Training
   

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data and automation requirements.
  

• Train staff on new automation workflows and data tools to ensure adoption and usability.
  

• Act as a technical consultant for departments needing custom automation or data solutions.
  

5. Monitoring & Optimization
   

• Continuously monitor automated systems and processes for performance and reliability.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. Education & Experience:
   

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  

• 2-4 years of experience in data management, automation development, or a similar role
  

2. Technical Skills:
   

• Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or R.
  

• Experience with data tools and platforms such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake.
  

• Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  

• Knowledge of APIs and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
