Job Title: Au Pair/Tutor for 3 Siblings in Cape Town
We are seeking an au pair to support three brothers, aged 9, 11, and 13. We are looking for someone who is active, passionate about teaching and working with children, and experienced in inclusive tutoring methods.
The ideal candidate should have high energy, be capable of keeping up with the demands of an active lifestyle, and have a fun-loving personality. The oldest sibling is autistic and has a keen interest in marine animals, especially whales, as well as extinct species. Therefore, previous experience working with autistic children is essential.
The boys enjoy playing soccer, gaming together, board games, and drawing.
Main Purpose of the Job:
To be a “helping hand” to three siblings with unique and specific needs, providing the necessary guidance and support to help them thrive. A special interest in and passion for being a secure and consistent source of support is of the utmost importance.
The candidate will be trained by the NDC Facilitation Academy and thereafter receive personalised support from a registered counsellor for up to 4–6 weeks, working in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team.
